The Colorado Brunch Experience featuring Sauvage Spectrum
Blanchard Family Wines is thrilled to partner with our friends at Sauvage Spectrum for the ultimate brunch experience. Known for their Colorado-grown sparkling wines, Sauvage Spectrum Winemaker, Patric Matysiewski, will lead you through a flight of effervescent goodness. Your Colorado bubbles will be served with a four-course menu lineup prepared by House & Howell Social, plus an additional glass of your choice, paired with Bella Macarons.
Due to Denver's newest Level 3 restrictions, we will be offering two seating times for this event, to keep winery capacity at 25%. The first seating time will be at 11 AM and the second will be at 1 PM. Blanchard Family Wines will be following all CDC guidelines and recommended safety procedures.
