The FLX Table experience is somewhat akin to a dinner party. It’s an intimate space with only 16 seats and an open kitchen. This year, they’re hosting a family-style Thanksgiving with farmers’ boards, cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, and gravy. Drink options include a zero-proof mocktail pairing, a beer pairing, or an introductory wine pairing.
Angèle Restaurant & Bar: A Bountiful Prix Fixe
Angèle explores the bounty of northern California through the lens of French country cuisine. Their Thanksgiving prix fixe comes with your choice of roasted and confit turkey with bacon and leek stuffing, or classic Boeuf Bourguignon with baby carrots and pomme purée.
Alinea: You Cook the Turkey
For those who insist on cooking their own bird, Alinea has you covered. All of the traditional Thanksgiving sides are packaged and ready to heat-and-eat, except the turkey. The uncooked, organic, free-range bird comes with compound butter, herbs and spices, and detailed cooking instructions from chef Grant Achatz.

This fresh, free-range, locally-raised turkey comes broken down with the breasts cooked sous vide and the legs confit, so all you need to do is gently re-warm it. Biscuits, gravy, and cornbread dressing included.
Altura Restaurant: Ready to Roast
This turkey comes dry-rubbed and ready to roast (with directions). Chef Nathan and the team are making giblet gravy, crispy brussels sprouts, and rosemary stuffing to go with it.
