Chef Alfonso (Edgar’s dad) – bringing time-honored family recipes and the heart of tradition.
Guests will taste their way through both chefs’ tacos, pair them with Tempranillo, and cast their votes to crown the champion. One chef will walk away with bragging rights—and the championship belt!
