Come play Pauper, one of the cheapest ways to play Magic: The Gathering
Pauper is a 60-card, 1v1 format where any card ever printed at common is legal (aside from a banlist). Though rares and mythics are historically the strongest cards available in a set, when the entire history of Magic is available to you, incredibly strong decks can be built out of the lowly common. Aggro, control, midrange, and yes, broken turn 1 combo decks are available in this format!
Come to Bonus Round with your own deck, or borrow one of the many from our personal battlebox, and jam a few friendly games. This is NOT a tournament! After you finish a round, wait for another table to finish and challenge someone else.
Entry fee is $5 or the purchase of a booster pack. Please observe the cafe minimum.
