Guests are invited to a classroom-style tasting that’s equal parts educational and indulgent.
The experience features our newest releases, beginning with Chardonnay in all its expressions — from bright and unoaked to spice-driven reserve selections — showcasing how winemaking choices shape texture and flavor. The lesson continues with three distinct Pinot Noir clones, moving from light and vivid to rich, dense, and deeply layered, revealing the nuance within a single variety.
Each pour is paired with playful, crave-worthy bites from Top Chef Dakota Weiss.
When class ends, recess begins on the terrace with a final dessert pairing — because every great lesson deserves a sweet reward.
