Chef Rachel Ponce, Chef and Owner of Pair With, creates her menu by using contrasting flavors to elevate the wine, ensuring the palate craves another bite.
Rachel has created a next level coursed dinner encompassing the flavors of Brecon, with some unique Aussie twists. We will be pouring wines old and new, with some surprises along the way. Including the first taste of our Anniversary Blend!
