Announcing the Holiday Wine & Food Pairing Class with Chef Rachel
We were lucky enough to have Chef Rachel, Executive Chef/Owner of Pair With, create Brecon’s 10 Year Anniversary dinner, which was a smashing success. So much so, we wanted to invite her back to share her culinary skills and wine pairing philosophy with everyone.
Rachel will create four holiday-inspired recipes, paired with Brecon wines, that you’ll be able to taste, analyze, and enjoy. She'll simultaneously create four pairings that do not pair with the wine to showcase the importance of how the right wine and food work harmoniously.
This class is for everyone from the aspiring chef to the lucky person hosting their first holiday gathering! All guests will leave with a recipe book to recreate Chef Rachel’s holiday pairings in their own home.
Wines featured will include the 2021 True Acacia Head Albariño, 2020 dry-farmed Zinfandel, 2020 Cahors-style Malbec, and the (unreleased) 2020 Magnum, 10th of Brecon, bottled especially for Brecon’s 10th Anniversary.
