Join us for an intimate pasta-making class in our winery’s Culinary Kitchen, where our talented in-house pasta chef, Becca Robinson, will guide you through the art of crafting fresh pasta from scratch. Learn how to create silky pasta dough, transform it into perfect ribbons, and turn your creations into a delicious, gourmet meal. It’s a hands-on culinary experience that promises to be as delightful as it is delicious!
Class to include: welcome bubbles, glass of wine while learning and with dinner, family style focaccia and salad with pasta dish individually plated + dessert. Each guest will take home their very own pasta dough and dowel.
