Brunch in the Grand Ballroom and the best balcony view of the pour!
The Champagne Cascade is Denver's oldest holiday tradition of its kind, and the VIP tier is how to experience it properly: an unhurried brunch in the Grand Ballroom, then a balcony position on the second or third floor as the Atrium Lobby fills below you and the tower is poured at noon.
Our chefs build an elevated brunch buffet in the Grand Ballroom, reached across the skybridge, with an open bar throughout the morning.

Arrival and logistics
• Sunday, November 8, 2026. VIP check in and brunch from 9:00 AM. The ceremony begins at approximately 11:45 AM
• The Brown Palace Hotel & Spa, 321 Seventeenth Street, Denver, Colorado 80202
• Arrive via the Tremont Street entrance and follow signage to VIP check in
• Guests under 21 receive the same inclusions with non alcoholic beverages
• Please be in position on floors two or three no later than 11:35 AM
• Cocktail attire or holiday festive is suggested
A portion of every ticket supports the Denver Rescue Mission, which provides emergency shelter, meals, recovery programming and pathways to housing for our neighbors across the Front Range.
