Cadre will be serving a prix fixe dinner ($100 per person) on New Year's Eve. Following is the menu:
Amuse | Oysters Melanie - rush creek reserve-baked oyster over bed of seaweed
Salad | Salsify and Radish Salad with watercress pesto, duck confit, mustard, chervil
Soup | Sunchoke Soup with caviar, celery, and mizuna
Mezzo | Elderberry-White Wine Sorbet
Entree | NY Strip with Lobster Tail, black truffle, pommes puree, broccoli raab and sauce noisette

Vegetarian Entree | Potato Gnocchi with apple, fried brussels sprouts, hickory nut, pleasant ridge reserve, and shaved black truffle

Coffee | Coffee with choice of dessert wine or amaro
A deposit of $25 per person is required to book the reservation. This amount will be applied towards the table's tab, or be refunded if a cancellation notice is received by Tuesday, December 28th.
