In this In-Person class you will learn how to make my favorite masa shapes, commonly found in stalls and cart throughout Mexico. We will learn how to form and shape quesadillas, tetelas, tlacoyos, sopes, and gorditas. We will work with fresh masa and seasonal fillings (vegan/vegetarian options provided).
Class several small dishes, equivalent of a full meal.
Class is held in Berkeley, at Bolita 2701 8th Street #109.
As part of the class, you will take home 1kg of fresh masa.
