Opening Reception for Echoes of Life: Paintings from the Collection
Celebrate the opening of two new exhibitions at the CAT Museum. Enjoy champagne (or sparkling water), hearty appetizers, and desserts. Tickets are available to purchase for $50 beginning at 9:00am on January 3, 2025. Advance reservations required.
Echoes of Life: Paintings from the Collection is a selection of 27 artworks collected by Gerard Cafesjian that capture the rhythms of everyday life. We invite visitors to explore these “echoes of life” to find those artworks that feel intimately familiar, and those that introduce an entirely new lens through which to see the world. Also premiering that evening is bite-sized exhibition, Out of the Box: The Glass Art of Kyohei Fujita. Located in our Focus gallery, this exhibition features the work of pioneering Japanese glass artist Kyohei Fujita.
