Likely the most recognizable dishes from Spanish cuisine, tapas & paella are the quintessential styles of food perfectly suited for celebrations. Slow-cooked over an open flame on our outdoor grill, paella is a traditional Spanish dish that can be made with a variety of ingredients to feed a crowd. As our paella cooks, we will enjoy some traditional small-plate tapas and Cakebread Cellars wines. Mucho gusto!

- Seafood Paella with Spanish Chorizo & Paella with Chicken, Linquica Sausage & Romano Beans
- Citrus Olive Oil Cake with Blueberry-Lime Compote
Unless otherwise noted, all classes are participation style and held at the Winery House Kitchen. Included with the class are a tour of the winery and culinary gardens (weather permitting), an appetizer reception and a three-course lunch paired with Cakebread Cellars wines. Participants leave with a Cakebread Cellars apron, a booklet of recipes and wine notes from the day, some great memories and quite often, new friends!
