Our Signature Chef's Counter is a communal dining experience, and you’ll be seated alongside other guests. To respect everyone’s experience, service will begin within 10 minutes of your reservation time. Late arrivals may miss courses and will join the experience based on the current menu sequence. If your party is more than 20 minutes late, your reservation will be forfeited entirely. Partial parties will not be accepted or seated. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain the high quality and service standards we uphold, ensuring the best possible experience for all of our guests.
