Capital Taste Food Group is not a restaurant. We use food in a way in which it has always been used, as a reason to gather. We travel, we cook and we educate. We support local food systems and we connect communities with food that can be sourced locally, wherever that may be at the time. Whether we pop up in Washington DC or Panama City we will source locally, we will advocate sustainable practices and we will support the culture of local food systems.
