Celebrate the (hopeful) arrival of Spring with at Carnegie Cellars’ first wine dinner of the year. Join the owners of Ravines Wine Cellars, Morton and Lisa Hallgren, for a Spring Equinox wine pairing dinner. Enjoy five Ravines wines paired with a 5-course dinner curated by Chef Steven Lara. A welcome drink will be served at 4:30 p.m., and dinner will start promptly at 5 p.m.
In 2022 Wine and Spirits magazine named Ravines one of the top 100 wineries in the world. W&S gave both their Dry Riesling and Dry Riesling, White Spring Vineyard over 90 points. Both wines will be featured at the dinner!
Each ticket includes six wines, five food courses and gratuity.
FIRST: Aebleskiver, Norwegian langoustine, champagne beurre monte, bottarga
SECOND: white asparagus, hay cream, wild fennel, spruce
THIRD: lamb belly, spring onion soubise, english peas, chive blossom
FOURTH: petite wagyu, artichoke, wild ramp, cabernet verjus
FIFTH: wood sorrel granita, brown butter crumble, bitter agave, rhubarb, hibiscus
