Portuguese Wine Pairing Dinner with Filipa Pato & William Wouters
Join us for a four course wine pairing dinner celebrating the indigenous grapes of Portugal. Winemaker Filipa Pato and her husband, restauranteur and sommelier William Wouters will share their philosophy on making wine with "no makeup," and their minimal intervention and biodynamic practices. Enjoy a sparkling rosé, a Bical and Arinto white blend, a 100% Bical still white, and 100% Baga still red wine paired with a menu from Chef Steven Lara. Full menu to follow.
