The Central Coast is a unique haven of surfers and ranchers living harmoniously along the rolling hills of the California coastline. The pristine beauty from the sea to the vineyard is only matched by the incredible ingredients found locally.
This year, Chef Charlie will bring the sultriness of Spain to the table, as he plays with a warm Mediterranean palate perfect for pairing with our estate wines.
The evening is hosted by our very own resident surfer and rancher, Bryan Cass and Ted Plemons.
