Time to don an apron and roll up your sleeves. Our Executive Chef Charlie is quieting his busy kitchen for an evening of VIP access to his incredible ingredients and decades of experience. The ease of Chef Charlie's teaching style is permeated with tales of his culinary travels and tricks he has learned in kitchens throughout the world.
Begin the evening in the kitchen, learning techniques and discovering new skill sets to take home for your own culinary adventures. Our SUMMER EDITION will highlight the sizzle and sear that we all associate with the rising temps. Finally, this intimate experience will then be capped off by drawing around the table to savor the incredible meal prepared together.
