We will be hosting Members' Night on Thursday, June 18th & Friday, June 19th from 4 - 7pm at the vineyard.
The winery will be closed to the public so that we can host you all in a more intimate setting. Members may reserve up to two spots, and space is limited to 68 guests per evening. Members are invited to drop in at any time during their selected evening. Members' Night is complimentary and includes light charcuterie.
For June, we are excited to share with you a direct sample from our concrete tanks! The 2025 vintage is the inaugural vintage of maturing our third blend, Fauteux, in concrete tanks that are made from rocks, sand, and water. No polymers, no fillers, no chemicals, no “coating”. Just concrete in its purest form. These tanks allow us to retain the purity of our terroir.
We love Concerto and Nocturne for their tannin structure, elegance, and age worthiness. Putting those two blends in French oak helps soften those tannins and tie the wine together. But, we love Fauteux for its vibrancy, freshness, and authenticity. It already has a soft tannin and a jovial exuberance to it – the concrete helps enhance the attributes that makes it so unique and delicious.
The verdict is out – we’re big fans of maturing our Fauteux blend in concrete! What do you think? Now is your chance to try it for yourself, in the Cuverie, directly from the tank. Adam will pour these samples himself, and will be happy to discuss the tanks, wine, and philosophy behind it all!
