You’re invited to join us for a very sweet, very special Valentine's treat. The Cooking School proudly welcomes artisan chocolatier Michael Recchiuti of Recchiuti Confections for a hands-on chocolate experience. You will learn about the process of working with chocolate, molding a chocolate heart and dipping champagne truffles!
Seal up your truffle-filled chocolate heart for gifting or enjoying yourself at home. We will provide all materials including gift bags and ribbons.
*A light dinner will be provided as well to keep up your strength!
Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration. Tickets include two complimentary drinks (wine, sparkling wine, craft beer or non-alcoholic beverages), complimentary valet or self-parking.
