Wild Game Dinner Featuring Guest Chefs Jacoby Dinges and Tyler Peer
We are thrilled to bring back a guest favorite- The Wild Game Dinner! The talented, Jacoby Dinges and Tyler Peer, will be returning as guest chefs for a night of incredible food and wine. Each course will be paired with a Cave Ridge wine that will be specially selected by our Owner & Winemaker, Randy Phillips.
The Menu
1st Course- Loaded Baked Potato Custard- Potato Coins, Bacon Lardon, Chives
2nd Course- Bison Pâté with Pistachios and Cherries- Naval Orange Mostrada, Frisee, Baguette Crostini
3rd Course- Ciangle with Strozzapreti- Braised Wild Boar, Whole Milk Ricotta
4th Course- Coriander Crusted Cervena- Oat Crusted Parsnips, Parsnip Puree, Grand- Veneur Sauce, Toasted Hazelnuts, Wine Poached Raisins
5th Course-Dessert- Chocolate Brazo Gitano- Dark Chocolate Ganache, Chocolate Brazo Gitano, Hazelnut Cremeux, Hazelnut Streusel, Bitter Orange Coulis

Wine Club Members- $135 (Discount applied at checkout, must use the same email as on file for your membership in order for discount to be applied).
