With decades of experience in the wine industry, Josh grew up working at his family’s Peachy Canyon Winery, learning from Paso Robles legends. His journey took him to Australia’s Cape Mentelle before he returned as head winemaker at Peachy Canyon. Later, he co-founded Chronic Cellars, known for its bold, unconventional wines.
In 2018, Josh planted Thibido Vineyard with a vision: crafting wines he loves while preserving the planet. Thibido embraces regenerative farming, minimalist packaging, and eco-friendly materials—choosing lightweight glass, biodegradable shipping, and 100% post-consumer waste labels to reduce its carbon footprint.
