You may have heard of Hunan cuisine -- meet its lesser-known but no less delicious cousin, Hubei cuisine. Milder with umami-rich flavors, Hubei is China's heartland. It's also the home of Peter Chang, and he's put together this spring banquet to celebrate the flavors of home.
Price is $78 per person, plus 20% gratuity and taxes.
Please note: there are limited tables of 8-10 guests each. A willingness to sit with other ticketed guests is much appreciated.
