Peter and Nevin share a passion for all things local - whether it is seasonal and locally sourced (and of course foraged) ingredients as well as supporting the communities they live and have the privilege of cooking for. As the temperature starts to drop (fingers crossed), we are extra excited for comfort food such as a savory pork rib with chestnuts, a smorgasbord of mushrooms - stewed and braised, all the pumpkin, and an extra special foraged dessert masterpiece by Nevin.
