For this upcoming Sunday Banquet, Peter invites long-time friend and fellow Chef Amy Brandwein!
Chef and Restaurant owner Amy Brandwein is a pillar in DC. Owner of Centrolina and Piccolina da Centrolina, she is known not just for her modern perspective on Italian cuisine and her SEVEN James Beard Award nominees but also her advocacy for healthy eating and ending hunger many local non profit organizations such as DC Central Kitchen and Martha’s Table.
There are common staples across Chinese and Italian cuisine but what happens when two powerhouses with their specialties cross over to the other cuisine? Magic! Peter and Amy will be collaborating on classic Chinese and Italian dishes as well as their own interpretation of classics in the other's wheelhouse.

The experience will include family style appetizers, entrees, and dessert at communal banquet tables of 8-10 people.
