What is Uyghur cuisine? Well, it’s cuisine of Uyghur people, a Turkic ethnic group often living in the northwest region of China. You can often find roast mutton, beef, kebabs, rice and cumin in the classic dishes. To us, it is often comfort food. So we are excited to kick off this year’s Sunday Banquet showcasing some of our favorites. We are still finalizing the menu but here is a sneak peak.

Sunday Banquet - The Uyghur Banquet

$85 per person plus 20% gratuity and taxes
The experience will include family style appetizers, entrees, and dessert at communal banquet tables of 8-10 people. Drinks are not included. Requests to sit with friends who book separately can be made by emailing changchangdc.events@gmail.com at least five days prior to the event; we thank you for understanding should we not be able to accommodate your request.
