LOS PINGÜINOS is a pop up by Chef Deborah de Corral (former Chef & Owner of Tigre Miami) offering a menu that varies weekly according to the best and freshest ingredients we find each week, always organic and mostly locally sourced.
In a rustic patio with hanging lights , a wood burning oven and Argentinian parrillas, our team prepares an array of cured , smoked , grilled and wood fire roasted dishes that are exciting to eat and fun to share. The menu is designed to be a great experience for both small and large parties. It includes shared appetizers and sides while each guest enjoys their individually plated main course and dessert.
A carefully curated selection of wines is offered by the 1/2 bottle pitcher.
