Come embark on a journey into the enchanting forests enveloping majestic Mount Shasta for a mushroom foraging and culinary adventure.
Todd Spanier, with over forty years of mushroom foraging this area, will guide you and share his clandestine knowledge and passion for mushrooms and other foraged edibles.
Chef Neil Marquis will prepare mushroom inspired brunches on your arrival Saturday and Sunday Mornings.
Chef Yu Min Lin, is currently the executive chef at The Sea by Alexander's Steakhouse in Palo Alto, whose impressive credits include corporate executive chef at Samsung in San Jose, a stint as chef de cuisine at Providence in Los Angeles, as well as stages at the French Laundry in Yountville and Manressa in Los Gatos. He's also a trained sushi chef, bow hunter, and mushroom forager. Chef Yu Min will be preparing a special five course Matsutake Dinner on Saturday evening:
