Crasqui is a lively Venezuelan restaurant in Saint Paul, where every recipe is inspired by the childhood memories, family traditions, and friendships of our chef-owner, Soleil Ramirez, from her home country of Venezuela.

Chef Soleil was featured on Chopped on March 4, where she impressed the judges in the episode “Mizuna Matata.” She is incredibly proud of that moment and the journey it represents.
