Join Chef Brent in the Mount Hood Room at Chehalem for an intimate six-course chef’s tasting menu with wine pairings. Seasonal dishes are matched with a collection of our favorite Chehalem wines, and you’ll share the table with a small group of guests for a long, unhurried winter dinner in Oregon wine country. It’s a chance to slow down, savor the season, and spend an evening with old friends and new ones.
