Ciao, Bao!
Italian Ingredients. Dim Sum Attitude.
Lazia x Chewology
What happens when Taiwan meets Italy over a steamer basket?
Husband-and-wife chef duo Aaron Wells-Morgan of Lazia and Katie Liu of Chewology are bringing their kitchens together to host Ciao, Bao!—a one-night collaboration where the traditions of dim sum meet the flavors and techniques of Italian cooking.
Think familiar dim sum forms reimagined through an Italian lens—from Prosciutto-Brodo Xiao Long Bao to Furu Carbonara Udon and Mapo Bolognese Radiatore and more shareable bites with a little unexpected amore.
This isn’t your traditional sit-down dinner. Wander, mingle, eat, repeat. Explore dishes served from stations throughout the restaurant while dim sum carts make their rounds with bites fresh from the kitchen.
Two kitchens. Two culinary traditions. One seriously fun night.
