We’re doing something fun for Halloween this year and transforming the tasting room into CHO Labs. 🧪🥼🧫
Little-known CHO fact: when Dave and Lois first named CHO after Carbon, Hydrogen + Oxygen, the building blocks of all living things, we almost went all-in on a chemistry theme for the branding, periodic tables, lab coats, pouring wine out of beakers and flasks, the whole thing.
So for Halloween, we’re finally bringing that original idea to life.
Guests will taste freshly pressed wines from the 2026 harvest side by side with the finished wines we’re currently pouring in the tasting room. It’ll be a fun way to experience wine at two completely different stages and get a little glimpse into what’s happening in the cellar right now.
The lineup:
🧪 2026 Cuvée Brut → NV Cuvée Brut No. 3
🧪 2026 Sauvignon Blanc → 2025 Sauvignon Blanc
🧪 2026 Rosé → 2025 Rosé
🧪 2026 Johnson School Pinot Noir → 2023 Johnson School Pinot Noir
This is a 90 minute experience. All attendees will need a ticket.
$50 Adults Tickets | $25 Founders Ticket
$10 Kids Ticket can be added to reservation during check-out
Come dressed for Halloween. There will be costume prize for each seating.
