Toothpicks & Tinsel: A Clif Family Holiday Gathering to Toast the Season!
This year we're bringing back the 1960s holiday cocktail party at the Clif Family Tasting Room in downtown St. Helena. Toothpicks & Tinsel is a Sunday afternoon of canapés, wine and good company. Dressing up is encouraged, so pull out your best vintage holiday look: cocktail dresses, skinny ties, a little sparkle.
Your grandmother's holiday party had cheese balls and pigs in a blanket. Ours has Executive Chef Magnus Young. He and the Clif Family Culinary Team are reinventing the vintage canapé with organically farmed ingredients and a few surprises in every bite. Taste your way through the lineup, cast your vote for the best bite of the afternoon, and take home holiday recipes made with Clif Family artisan food products to show off at your own parties.
We'll pour our latest favorite wines, crafted by Winemaker Laura Barrett and paired with the bites, and play a festive soundtrack all afternoon. It's a chance to connect with your Clif Family community and stock up on wine and artisan food for your own holiday gatherings.
