Once a year, India lights every lamp it owns. Diwali, the Festival of Lights, is a celebration of gathering, feasting, and joy. This November, that spirit comes to the winery tank room in partnership with Nalla at Cliff Lede Vineyards.
Experience an evening where the layered flavors of regional Indian cuisine meet the wines of Cliff Lede. Served on golden thali beneath the glow of the tanks, each course is thoughtfully paired. Shekar Sathyanarayana, founder of Nalla, Proprietor Jason Lede and Director of Winemaking Christopher Tynan will be your hosts for the evening.

Arrive to the sounds of live sitar and tabla as you enjoy your first glass and settle into the evening.
A Seated Thali Journey
Four courses served on traditional gold thali, each expertly paired with Cliff Lede wines. Nalla guides each course, sharing the story behind the dish, its spices, and why it pairs beautifully with the wine in your glass. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated.
Light, Music & Ceremony
The Tank Room comes alive with marigolds, lamplight, and the sounds of live sitar and tabla.
Indian Sweets & Fresh Chai
End the evening with traditional sweets and warm chai—the perfect finish to a Diwali celebration.
