Our class series This is Neat focuses on a different spirit category each month. You'll start by sipping on a cocktail in which the core spirit shines while learning about the fascinating (and sometimes surprising!) history of the spirit and how it's created. Then you'll venture on to sample variations of the spirit that showcase how flavors can change depending on origin, recipe tweaks, aging, or different methods of preparation, with Ty guiding you through the tasting experience every step of the way.
