First Fridays at Convene: Apéro Hour
Dan Kosta learned this ritual in his early restaurant years, and now he's sharing it with you. Every first Friday, 5 to 7pm, the Convene Tasting Lounge slows down for apéro hour: great wine, small bites, and a reason to unwind before the weekend starts.
We're pouring Convene wines alongside Tsar Nicoulai Caviar, the world renowned Osetra, served with potato chips, Bellwether Farms creme fraiche, and chives. One ounce, two guests, endless conversation.
