Please join us for our annual Grail by Dan Kosta Winemaker Dinner on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 6:00 PM in Charlie Palmer’s Folia Bar & Kitchen, located within the Appellation Hotel, Healdsburg, California.
Guests will enjoy an intimate four-course dinner thoughtfully prepared by the culinary team at Folia, featuring seasonal Sonoma County ingredients. Each course will be paired with a selection of Grail wines in the private dining room, Atelier Alyse. Founder and host of the evening, Dan Kosta will share the winemaking philosophy, stories, vineyards, and inspiration behind each wine.
