We’re celebrating the release of P2 the way it was meant to be enjoyed. Unexpected, a little elevated, and best shared over a long, easy afternoon at the estate.
Throughout the day, Sushimotos will host a series of intimate, chef-led omakase seatings. Ten guests at a time will step up to the counter for a three-course progression, each dish paired with a Copain wine, including P2. It’s a front-row, trust-the-chef kind of experience—precise, interactive, and just the right amount of indulgent. | Seatings rotate in 15-minute intervals throughout the event.
P2 is our once-a-year co-ferment that started as a happy accident and became a Copain staple—Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, light on its feet, vibrant, and best served with a chill. It’s the kind of red that plays well where it shouldn’t, and this is one of those moments.
Outside of your seating, the party opens up on the overlook. We’ll keep the P2 flowing, lay out a generous charcuterie spread, and settle into live music, fresh air, and that easy, lingering energy that defines the best days at the estate.
