4 Courses | 6:30 PM Reception | 7-9 PM Dinner
Limited to 30 guests
Members, $175 | Non-Members, $195 | All-Inclusive
For one night only, Anita and Varinder Sahi invite just 30 guests beneath the olive trees at Copia’s Adelaida Estate for their annual Fall Harvest Winemaker Dinner.
An Evening in Morocco is a journey through place, flavor, and time. Chef Jeffrey Scott will present a transportive Moroccan-inspired menu layered with saffron, preserved citrus, ras el hanout, chermoula, and warm autumn spices. Each course will be paired with a wine from a different chapter of the Copia cellar—traveling backward through carefully selected vintages from 2025 to 2020.
This is a rare opportunity to revisit past releases, experience how they have evolved, and discover them anew alongside a menu created expressly for the evening.
With only 30 seats available, early reservations are strongly encouraged.
