Corridor 109 is an intimate chef's table dinner. Sourcing ingredients predominantly from Japan, Chef Brian Baik utilizes the world’s finest seafood in crafting a 10-11 course tasting menu that balances bold to subtle flavors, modern flourishes, and an intent to bring out the essence of each individual ingredient.
Our Tasting Menu is priced at $325 per person.
We kindly ask that you review the following important information to ensure the best possible experience:
Reservations:
Reservations are typically released on the first Friday of each month at 10:00 AM.
Due to the intimate size of our restaurant and team, we accept reservations for up to 4 guests per booking. We are unable to accommodate larger parties, including groups attempting to book multiple reservations for the same evening.
Reservations are non-transferable and limited to one reservation per guest per month. Guests who book multiple reservations whether across multiple accounts or with the intent to cancel and retain a preferred date or time are in violation of this policy. We reserve the right to cancel any or all associated reservations.
Please note that we are unable to modify reservations once they are made. This includes changes to the date, time, or party size. Guests who need to adjust their plans must cancel their reservation and make a new booking, subject to availability and the policies outlined below. Requests for modifications on reservations will be considered a cancellation.
Cancellation Policy:
In consideration of our limited seating and the advance procurement of seasonal and specialty ingredients, we kindly require that any reservation changes or cancellations be made no fewer than five (5) full calendar days prior to the reservation date.
Cancellations received after this period will incur the full menu charge of $325 per guest.
For clarity, cancellation deadlines are 11:59 PM (local time) five days prior to the reservation date, as illustrated below:
Thursday reservations (e.g., 7:00 PM): cancellations must be made by 11:59 PM on the prior Friday
Friday reservations (e.g., 7:00 PM): cancellations must be made by 11:59 PM on the prior Saturday
Saturday reservations (e.g., 7:00 PM): cancellations must be made by 11:59 PM on the prior Sunday
Cancellations made after 12:00 AM on the following day will be considered outside the cancellation window and subject to the full charge.
Deposits:
To secure your reservation, a $150 deposit per guest (plus a 2% processing fee) is required at the time of booking.
Deposits will be refunded within 3–5 business days after your arrival.
This deposit is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled no fewer than seven (7) full calendar days prior to the reservation date.
Deposits associated with cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
For clarity, refund eligibility deadlines are 11:59 PM (local time) seven days prior to the reservation date, as illustrated below:
Thursday reservations (e.g., 7:00 PM): cancel by 11:59 PM on the Wednesday of the week prior.
Friday reservations (e.g., 7:00 PM): cancel by 11:59 PM on the Thursday of the week prior.
Saturday reservations (e.g., 7:00 PM): cancel by 11:59 PM on the Friday of the week prior.
Cancellations made at or after 12:00 AM on the following day will fall outside the refund window and the deposit will be forfeited.
Service Charge:
Corridor 109 adds a mandatory 20% service charge on any check for dine-in service. This charge is entirely retained by the Restaurant and allows us to provide living wages to all employees. This charge is not a tip or gratuity. A tip or gratuity is neither required nor expected.
Allergy information:
We kindly ask guests to review this policy carefully before booking. As we are unable to make dietary accommodations, guests who arrive requesting menu changes may be declined future reservations. This allows us to maintain the experience as intended. We truly appreciate your understanding.
Due to limited seating and pre-ordering of special ingredients, we are currently not able to accommodate dietary restrictions including aversions to meat, seafood, shellfish, dairy, gluten, and allium. Please inform us at info@corridor109.com as soon as possible of any serious allergies and we will do our best to accommodate where possible. Severe allergy requests less than 72 hours in advance of your reservation may result in cancellation of your reservation in accordance with our policy outlined above.
Late policy:
We are unable to accommodate late arrivals. Please plan accordingly for traffic and parking. Late arrivals will miss courses.
Beverage policies:
Corkage is $100 for a 750ml bottle, $200 for a magnum, and limited to two 750ml bottles per party or one magnum per party. We respectfully decline corkage for sake. As part of our policy, we do not distribute our wine list electronically. Thank you for your understanding.
Parking:
Affordable paid parking is available in the Bank of America parking lot (4975 Melrose Ave), as well as street parking in the surrounding area. Please plan ahead for parking, as we are unable to accommodate late arrivals.
Entrance:
Please enter through the Bar 109 entrance. One of our staff members will greet you upon arrival, and escort you to your seat once the dining room opens for dinner.
