When we built our wine list, we dove deep into Corsica and its neighboring regions, exploring areas rich in history, culture, and winemaking tradition. The result? A cellar packed with over 200 bottles of wines we can’t stop talking about. You’ll find iconic regions like Burgundy, the Loire Valley, and Tuscany, but also discover new favorites from lesser-known areas like Irouléguy and Dalmatia, producing some seriously cool wines.
