With this cocktail-style walk around party you’ll be able to freely taste through some of the wildly varied terrains, flavors and stories of Italy’s wine-making regions. And you won’t go hungry. As you explore, Chef will weave in snacks and small plates, thoughtfully curated to compliment your experience.
When we built our wine list, we dove deep into Corsica and its neighboring regions, exploring areas rich in history, culture, and winemaking tradition. For this Uncorked, we’re focusing on the wines of Italy; places like Tuscany and Piedmont, Emilia-Romagna and Sicily. All producing some seriously cool wines. We can’t wait to open and share them with you.
