Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a special four-course dinner at Cox Creek Cellars. Our head chef has crafted a menu that is both unique and comforting, with curated wine pairings for every course. End the night by snuggling up next to our wood-burning fireplace.

Soup
• Smoked Tomato Bisque | Fire-roasted tomatoes, wood fired smoke, herbs and cream.
Salad
• Raspberry Lane Salad | Greens, Raspberry Lane Vinaigrette, feta, berries, candied sunflower seeds
Main Course:
• Cedar Plank Trout | Local trout, blistered vegetables, green herb puree, tarragon brown butter. Seared & served on a cedar plank.
Dessert
• Chocolate Strawberry Creme Brûlée | Dark chocolate custard, strawberry infusion, caramelized sugar, fresh berries
• Choice of dessert wine, coffee, or hot chocolate
Reservations
• $120 per person
Booking Details:
• A $20 non refundable deposit is required to book a table, the remainder of the bill will be charged at the end of dinner.
• This is a 19+ event, adults only
