Join us for an intimate wine and food pairing experience inspired by one of Sofia’s favorite culinary traditions: mole sauce.
This special tasting celebrates the flavors, culture, and heart behind Cramoisi Vineyard. Guests will enjoy different styles of mole, thoughtfully paired with a variety of proteins and Cramoisi wines, creating a rich and memorable journey from tradition to glass.
Enjoy stunning vineyard views, handcrafted wines, and a beautiful sunset experience in the Dundee Hills.
Available: Last Thursday of each month at 4:30 PM

Club Members: $80 per person
New to Cramoisi Guests: $120 per person, plus a 3-bottle wine purchase
