Celebrate the flavors of fall with fresh, handmade Italian pasta. In this interactive class, you’ll learn traditional dough techniques and seasonal pairings inspired by Italy’s hearty fall cuisine. Guests are welcome to participate hands-on or simply observe while enjoying a guided experience. Everyone will taste the dishes prepared during class. Drinks are available for purchase separately. Each class is subject to cancellation if fewer than 8 participants register.
