Celebrate the flavors of fall with the comforting tradition of handmade Italian lasagna. In this interactive class, you’ll learn traditional pasta-making techniques and how to layer and prepare a delicious lasagna inspired by Italy’s hearty fall cuisine. Guests are welcome to participate hands-on or simply observe while enjoying a guided experience. Everyone will taste the dishes prepared during class. Drinks are available for purchase separately. Each class is subject to cancellation if fewer than 8 participants register.
