On Monday, August 18th, we’re hosting a one-night-only feast with chefs Eva Chin (Yan Dining Room, Toronto), Katy Cheung (Burdock & Co., Vancouver), and our very own Jiwon Seo. These three are not only incredible chefs but close friends, coming together to create a dinner where Asian flavours meet Southern barbecue.
Expect dishes rooted in their Chinese and Korean heritages, layered with smoke, spice, and plenty of heart. At the center of it all is short-grain rice. Plump, sticky, and perfect for soaking up bold sauces and pairing with grilled meats, fermented condiments, and home-style flavours.
Tickets are limited, and this will be a long-table dinner on our lovely patio, the perfect setup for sharing food, swapping stories, and turning dinner into a celebration.

Tickets are $195 (before taxes + gratuity) and is inclusive of both food and beverage pairing.
