Join us Saturday, September 12 starting at 11:00 AM for our next Bottle Your Own Bourbon & Distillery Open House, featuring one of the rarest bourbon barrels weâve released.
Bottle Your Own Bourbon â Barrel #4218
When we first opened, we acquired four one-off test barrels of this unique 49% malted barley bourbon. Barrel #4218 is the last remaining barrel â now more than 13 years old and coming in at 130 proof.
Weâre sad to see the last one go, but excited to share it with you.

No tickets required â bottles provided.
Weâre opening our production doors again for a behind-the-scenes look at Dancing Goat. Youâll be able to see live production in action, including active fermentation and our Vendome Copper still making whiskey. Nick Maas and members of our production team will also be on hand to talk whiskey, answer questions, and share more about the production process.
