From guided distillery tours to immersive hands-on Gin Academy classes, our experiences are designed for guests who want to engage more deeply with how spirits are made—and why it matters.

Our Gin Academy is one of our most popular experiences and frequently sells out months in advance. To ensure fairness and consistency, Gin Academy dates are released on a rolling schedule, posted approximately three months at a time. What to expect: • At least three Gin Academy sessions are offered each month • New dates are added every three months 2026 dates will continue to be released on this cadence Planned release timing for 2026: • April – June 2026 → added by end of January 2026 • July – September 2026 → added by end of April 2026 • October – December 2026 → added by end of July 2026 We recommend checking back periodically or joining our email list for updates as new dates are released.
